Our Team
Gabriel J Rich III, DDS
3 years of Public Health Dentistry followed by 38 years of private General teledentistry practice in Wilmington and Raleigh North Carolina. I invite you to begin your journey to Optimal dental health.
Dr. Rich is a licensed North Carolina general dentist. NCDL #5328. New York and Florida licenses are pending.
Our title dentist practice is limited to residents of North Carolina at this time. Our practice does not prescribe narcotic medications.
Karen Thurston, RDH
In 2016 she moved to Wilmington NC where she is currently practicing.
Amanda Irwin, RDH
Amanda received her Dental Hygiene degree from Coastal Carolina in 1996. The majority of her 26 clinical years have been spent in private practice; specifically family, cosmetic and implant dentistry.
Amanda loves outdoor activities and is a native Wilmingtonian. She continues to boat, paddle board and enjoy everything the coast and white sandy beaches have to offer.
She raised an extraordinary son who now attends the United States Coast Guard Academy and plays baseball for the college as well.
Sherryl Gilliam
Sherryl Gilliam is a North Carolina native from Burlington NC. She attended Guilford Technical Community College where she earned her degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist now with 40 years of experience. Currently living in Wrightsville Beach NC working clinically part-time. She has 2 grandchildren and enjoys travel and pickleball.

What services do we provide?
Dental consultation, education and referral. Triage of dental emergencies. Second opinion consultation.
How does teledentistry work?
Simply click on the registration button, complete your patient registration, history, and schedule an appointment with the doctor.
Do you accept my dental or medical insurance?
We are unable to process insurance at this time. We are a private pay practice.
All patients will receive a report of the teledentistry visit to present to your general dentist, specialist or physician.
